Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund but please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, We are able to ship internationally but there will be additional charges.  Please email us at info@londoncows.co.uk before placing an order for non-UK delivery so we can quote the shipping costs accordingly.

Please see each category/item for individual delivery times and prices. 

Please note that in the unlikely event that a product goes missing once we have sent it out to you (and you have received confirmation of this from the courier company) we will do everything in our power to help you recover this product.  

However, a full investigation must be carried out by the courier company and it is either proved that the product was delivered to the correct address or that the courier company was negligent before we take any further action.   This does not affect your statutory rights.
